A handsome farmhouse style home (see 2nd photo) built around the 1890's (estimate) at some point became the home for nuns later to be lived in by monks who turned it over to the Baptist Church who, around 2010, decided it wasn't for them anymore and just left it for the lender. From the time the Nuns (the Church) were the owners, many, many alterations and additions to the structure were made by the occupants. Somewhere under the "skin" of the main structure probably lives the original handsome structure. Unless a variance could be obtained from the City of Portland, it's uses could include Religious or Single Family Residential. It's a Project one way or the other!! Small seasonal water views and a nice sized deck are included with no extra charge!
